TCRPL CITY BUS SERVICES (GURGAON) PRIVATE LIMITED
The company is a recently incorporated firm (SPV) which has been awarded contract from Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited for Private City Bus Operations in the city of Gurgaon.
HANSA VAHAN INDIA PVT LTD. (formerly known as HANSA TRAVELS)
The first travel firm of the group which was a proprietary concern and now converted into a private limited company. It provides Bus Rent / Hire Services for Office and Public Transport. This company also handles public transport for Surat and Pune locations.
NAGPUR TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
This company has been incorporated for providing Public Transport services to Nagpur Municipal Corporation.
HANSA CITY BUS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED
The company is majorly provides Bus Rent / Hire Services for Schools and also the holding company for Hansa Motors, a TATA authorized service station at Butibori, Nagpur.
HANSA CITY BUS SERVICES (NAGPUR) PRIVATE LIMITED
The company has been incorporated in the form of an SPV for providing Public Transport Services to Nagpur Municipal Corporation.
Operational Partners
Current Status
- Presently, most of the EV manufacturers are bidding for the EV tenders which is a diversion from their core activity of manufacturing and technological research.
- Working on ground for smooth operations and running of EV is not practically feasible for a EV manufacturer.
Hence, Hansa is the preferred operator to carry out operation & maintenance activities for world class OEM.
Value Addition
- Operational partner acts a major catalyst for advancement towards a robust ecosystem of Electric Vehicles.
- Presence of operational partner can help to enhance the distributor network of spare parts of Electric Vehicles.
- The business model followed by operational partners is the Gross Cost Contract (GCC) model which helps to generate significant employment give the due weightage to the grounded Labor laws and other related laws in the country (subsequent slide).
- Scheduling, Route Management, Key repairs, RTO compliances, Traffic management, Kilometer Reconciliation and other local ecosystem is the USP of an operational partner.
